Our Management

Founder and Managing Member; Keith A. Alexander, is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 28 years of experience under his belt.

Prior to forming Alexander E&O Group, LLC (formerly known as Alexander Financial Group, LLC) Keith was instrumental in managing and building professional liability insurance programs for companies like Herbert L. Jamison & Co. and Willis Specialty Programs (part of The Willis Group; one of the world's largest risk management and insurance intermediaries).  

He has been a featured speaker at various Bar Association events and has contributed to various local legal publications.  He is married with three boys and enjoys playing golf and tennis when he's not coaching his sons in a multitude of sports.

When not working or playing, he and his family volunteer their time to local charities including; Brown Bag Ministry, Meals on Wheels and local soup kitchens.  Keith and his two older sons are also members of the CAP (Citizens Assisting Police) Team in their hometown of Cary.
